Mamtamai Shri Radhe Guru Maa is from a very small town of
Dorangla in the Gurudaspur district of Punjab, India. She considers
herself as a true devotee of Lord Bholenath and Maa Durga and has been since
her childhood days.
Shri Radhe Guru Maa Ji’s devotees are spread all
around the world who has displayed their deep faith in her. She truly
believes that if one prays to Lord Shiva and Durga Mata, they can achieve
everything and her devotees follow the same.
Shri Radhe Guru Maa is also a very big humanitarian at heart and
believes in helping the underprivileged for the betterment of the society. In
keeping with Shri Radhe Guru Maa Ji’s instructions to serve God through service to
society, her followers have been actively participating in numerous social
activities such as conducting free dental checkups and many more.
Mamtamai Shri Radhe Guru Maa currently resides at Mumbai where
her ‘bhakti sandhya’ are conducted every fortnight and is known as ‘Mata Ki
Chowki’. Devotees are not expected to donate towards Shri Radhe Guru Maa's darshan,
anyone can join the ‘Bhakti Sandhya’ cause the entry the free and open. Prayers
and bhajans are sung, followed by the darshan of Shri Radhe Guru Maa.
Nobody leaves the bhavan without receiving her grace.
Devotees of Shri Radhe Guru Maa have been attending her ‘darshans’ in increasing
numbers over the years. Shri Radhe Maa’s teaches surrendering oneself to God by
regular bhakti in the form of devotional worship of Lord Shiva and Durga Maa.
While darshans are scheduled during chowkies which are held
once a fortnight, Guru Maa spends the remaining time in her ‘sadhana’ which
includes, pujas, havan and meditation, and she speaks but sparingly. Over
the years, she has walked closer to the light of God shining within her and has
guided her devotees along the same path.
